Hartland, WI - Pillar Technologies Model UC: Unitized Capsealer with attached Conveyor “waterless” capsealer.  The UniFoiler UC is a unitized system equipped with it’s own 6 foot conveyor mounted to the units portable cart making it a completely stand-alone system.  Can easily be adapted to slide into existing conveyor lines.  Used for automated conveyor use on moderate speed automated filling and capping lines. The Unifoiler Series system was designed to be interchangeable depending on application. 

Available in four different styles, the Unifoiler series allows first-time operators a hand-held system for small production or laboratory use to start.  As business grows, the Unifoiler has built-in capability from hand-held to conveyor for fully automated lines by adding a Universal Conveyor Coil and optional portable stand which unitizes the system.  Adding a conveyor to the portable stand gives customers a stand alone automated capsealer. 

Features include diagnostic lights on operating panel for easy troubleshooting; lightweight, compact design that requires virtually no set-up time.  The Unifoiler complements Pillar’s high speed line of Foiler induction induction sealing systems.
